Blossoms Florist is a full-service florist with a dedicated staff of four employees and a number of freelance florists who work with us on large jobs. Carol Ruffin serves as the head designer for the business. As such, Ms. Ruffin brings 30 years of experience in the floral design business. Blossoms’ commitment to excellence has allowed them to serve many of the major corporations and institutions in the Cincinnati area because of their level of excellence.
Blossoms’ affiliations and clients have positioned the florist to provide a variety of floral services.
